Actress and television personality Sherri Shepherd has two legal battles on her hands, her first husband is fighting for the custody of their nine-year-old son amid the breakdown of her second marriage.
The "View" co-host hit headlines earlier this month after she filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Sally to end their union of three years.
Sally had previously filed for legal separation and is seeking full legal and physical custody of the unborn baby the couple is expecting through a surrogate mother in July, this year, reports contactmusic.com.
It has now emerged that Shepherd is also locked in a custody battle with her previous husband Jeff Tarpley, with whom she has a son called Jeffrey.
Tarpley filed an emergency request in April seeking full custody of the little boy over claims Shepherd is too busy with her career to focus on motherhood.
The star hit back, accusing Tarpley of neglect. A judge denied his request, but has set a custody hearing for July.
Shepherd divorced Tarpley in 2009 and she went on to marry Sally in 2011.
