Six Nepali nationals have been arrested in connection with a series of burglary cases, police said Monday.
Ram Bahadur, 27, Ram Singh, 28, Padam Thapa, 35, and Dal Bahadur, 32 - the master mind of the gang - were arrested Friday from Kailash Nagar in east Delhi on a tip off.
Their associates Ratan Bahadur Shah, 33, and Man Bahadur, 34, were arrested later.
"Thirteen cases of night burglaries, including a recent case of attempt at burglary in Oriental Bank of Commerce, have been solved with the arrest of these people," Additional Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar said.
"The accused failed to rob the bank, but two of them were captured on the CCTV camera installed there," said the official.
On the intervening night of Oct 28-29, the gang had made an attempt to break open the door of the Oriental Bank of Commerce branch at Daryaganj in Central Delhi.

"All the accused persons belong to Nepal. They primarily targeted shops and offices, where they would do recce during day time. Thereafter, they would commit burglary in the late hours of the night," said the official.
One gang-member Sunil Chaudhary is absconding, the official said.
