The family members of Wasim Wednesday recorded their statements before a magistrate, and said Wasim had worked at a milk plant of the Bansal family and had gone to Sohna to collect his salary.
Wasim allegedly wrote on the police lockup wall that he was innocent and was being implicated by BJP leader Subhash Bansal.
He also wrote that he was tortured by police.
The body was Thursday sent to PGIMS Rohtak for re-postmortem, after doctors here Wednesday said there were no external injury marks on the man' body. However, the deceased's family members were not satisfied and asked for a post-mortem examination again.
