The Indian wing of Czech Republic-based carmaker Skoda is targeting a 10 percent growth in volume sales in 2015 even as it aims to strengthen its presence in the premium car market in the country.
"This year, our aim is to achieve a volume sales of 17,000-17,500 units compared to 15,500 units last year," the company's director of sales and marketing at India, Ashutosh Dixit told media persons here.
He said the company will keep its focus on the premium car segment and is aiming to become market leader in the premium sub-segment of the luxury sedan category.
