Congress President Sonia Gandhi was discharged from Sir Ganga Ram hospital on Friday evening, hospital authorities said.
"Sonia Gandhi was discharged from the hospital at 7 p.m.," said D.S. Rana, Chairman of the hospital's managing board.
Gandhi was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday following complaints of food poisoning.
The 69-year-old Congress chief has been unwell for some time.
She was admitted to the hospital on August 3 last year after she suffered from fever, dehydration and had a shoulder injury during a road show in Varanasi. She underwent surgery on her left shoulder.
