Spanish tennis player Roberto Bautista on Thursday eliminated Serbian Viktor Troicki from the third round of the Shanghai Masters here.
This is Bautista's best result at the Shanghai Masters in three participations, after he defeated Troicki 6-3, 6-3 thanks to his powerful serve and shifting his playing style throughout the match.
With the win, the Spaniard avenged his compatriot Rafael Nadal who was eliminated by the World No. 31 Serb, reports Efe.
Bautista, ranked 19 in the world, will now face in the quarter-finals France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, who eliminated Germany's promising talent Alexander Zverev.
