It was a sunny Friday here in the national capital. The Met office has forecast a cloudy Saturday with light rain in some parts of the city.
"Delhi will see a cloudy Saturday and light rain is expected in some parts of the city," said and official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature Friday was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 27.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
The maximum and the minimum temperatures Saturday are likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Delhi experienced a sunny Thursday as the maximum temperature settled at 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius - both a notch above the season's average.
