Sunny Monday in Delhi, Tuesday to see shallow fog

It was a sunny and warm Tuesday in the national capital as the maximum temperature settled at 31.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average. The Met office has forecast shallow fog on Tuesday morning.

"There would be shallow fog on Tuesday morning while the sky would remain cloudy throughout the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Tuesday's maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 32 and 17 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Monday's minimum temperature settled at 17.3 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the maximum humidity was recorded at 96 percent.

 

Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 31.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 16.2 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season.
