Sunny Sunday in Delhi, Monday morning to be foggy

The national capital experienced a sunny Sunday with the maximum temperature settling three notches above the season's average at 32 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said.

The above average temperatures have been ruling during the past few days and were expected in the coming days also, the weather department said adding that Monday morning was set to be foggy.

"The sky would remain clear throughout the day with shallow fog in the morning," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 32 and 15 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Sunday's minimum temperature was recorded at 15 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the maximum humidity was 88 percent.

 

Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded at 29.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 16.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
