Singer Harshi Mad, a former participant of popular reality show "Indian Idol", is excited to perform with actor Ranveer Singh at the special launch event of upcoming film "Befikre" at Bradford -- the world's first Unesco city of film -- on Sunday.
"I am super excited to be part of this event. I have grown up on Bollywood, despite living so far away, so really to be a part of 'Befikre' at Bradford is like two big dreams merging," Harshi told IANS.
"It is a great honour for me as the World's first Unesco city of film, which has a long history of welcoming creative talent from around the world invited me to perform," added the artiste, whose real name is Harshida Madhaparia.
Talking about Ranveer and his energy quotient, Harshi said: "Ranveer wears his heart on his sleeves. He is so spontaneous and an honest performer. I really think his honesty is a huge draw and audiences connect with him effortlessly."
"I'm absolutely looking forward to the gig, our on-stage energies will coincide for sure and we will have a packed house grooving away."
