Swagath Group, a chain of fine-dining restaurants, has come up with a semi-formal diner concept called Indian Grill Company. The first restaurant under the concept will be launched here Dec 18.

It is designed to give value for the money with an array of authentic Indian cuisine.

The new outlet also aims to come across as a one point destination - for friends and family. The restaurants with the concept will reflect the spirit of a quintessential barbeque restaurant with a glass kitchen giving it a contemporary feel.

"India is known for kebabs and we are introducing Indian Grill Concept with our new venture, we worked on something new for the people. Not only will we provide value for money services, but will also add innovative and exciting features, which have never been experienced in the concept of hospitality," said the group's managing director Jayaram Banan, in a statement.

The group has invested Rs.2 crore in the first property at the Connaught Place here and has plans to invest Rs.50 crore for opening new restaurants in India and abroad.
