Swansea City head coach Paul Clement was named on Friday as the English Premier League's (EPL) coach of the month for January.
Clement, who joined the football club on January 3 as a replacement for American Bob Bradley, led the Swans to three wins in four league games, which meant the team has now left the relegation zone, reports Efe.
The Welsh side beat Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park 2-1, Liverpool at Anfield 2-3 and Southampton at home 2-1, only losing a match at the hands of Arsenal at the Liberty Stadium 0-4.
"I would like to accept the award on behalf of the club -- the staff and the players who have done a really good job since I have been here," the 45-year-old added.
Clement won the vote against Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham Hotspur), Mark Hughes (Stoke City) and Ronald Koeman (Everton).
