Swine flu has claimed two more lives in Telangana, taking the toll to 65, officials said on Tuesday.
There was no let up in new cases as 41 more people tested positive for the H1N1 virus since Monday.
According to a bulletin issued by the health department on Tuesday, two deaths were reported since Monday. This took the toll to 65 since January 1.
The bulletin said 106 samples were tested for the H1N1 virus on Monday and out of them, 41 were found positive.
The authorities have screened 5,728 samples since January 1, and out of them 1,843 were found positive.
Officials said enough stocks of medicines have been made available at all teaching, district and area hospitals.
They advised people to take all precautions and approach the nearest hospital on the first symptoms of swine flu like high fever, sneezing, cough and body pain.
