Tata Communications' net profit surged by 41.56 per cent for the second quarter of 2016-17, a regulatory filing by the company said here on Tuesday.
The company posted net profit of Rs 267.65 crore for the July-September quarter of 2016-17 compared to Rs 189.07 crore posted during the corresponding quarter a year ago, the filing with the BSE said.
The total income from operations of the company during the second quarter stood at Rs 1,248.52 crore compared to Rs 1,204.11 crore posted during the like period in 2015-16.
