Thai legend Thongchai Jaidee has been unanimously voted as the Hilton Asian Tour Golfer of the Month for July, it was announced on Thursday.
Thongchai, who holds an unprecedented three Asian Tour Order of Merit crowns, claimed an emphatic victory at the 100th Open de France for his fourth win on European soil.

The 46-year-old cruised to a four-shot victory after carding a final round three-under 69 for an 11-under 273 aggregate to become the oldest champion at the Open de France.
He also finished in 22nd place at The Open to end his campaign in the oldest Major tournament as the highest ranked Asian.
"I'm happy to receive this award from Hilton as it shows that hard work pays off. This is a special award that recognizes my achievements," said Thongchai in a release.
"I would also like to thank my fans who voted for me and I hope to continue to shine and represent my country and Asia on the international stage," he added.
Thongchai won the award ahead of Chinese Taipei's Chan Shih-chang and Spaniard Carlos Pigem where the trio were nominated by a selection panel before going into a voting process.
