Three men were arrested here on Monday on the charge of instigating contractual staff of the Centralised Ambulance Trauma Services (CATS) to strike work, police said.
Rajveer, Rajbir and Shivkumar are on the staff welfare association of the company handling the services, a police official said.
They were accused of instigating employees to strike work even after Lt Governor Anil Baijal on Saturday imposed the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA), banning strikes for six months.
