At least three people were injured Tuesday in a violent clash between yoga guru Baba Ramdev's supporters and Congress workers in Bihar's Bhagalpur district, police said.
"The incident took place after Congress workers showed black flags to Ramdev to protest against his anti-Congress stand," a district police official said.
The injured were admitted to a hospital.
Both Ramdev's supporters and Congress workers have lodged complaints against each other.
Before the clash, Ramdev told mediapersons in Bhagalpur that both Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi and party president Sonia would be defeated in the general elections as he would campaign against them.
"I will campaign against Rahul and Sonia Gandhi in their parliamentary constituencies to ensure their defeat," Ramdev said.
The yoga guru said his supporters would start a countrywide campaign against the Congress.
