Three youths have been arrested on charge of involvement in 14 cases of armed robbery, snatchings and thefts and a countrymade pistol, three mobile phones, and three motorcycles seized from them, Delhi Police said on Friday.
Hemant, 18, Sunil, 19, and Mohit, 19, were arrested on Thursday from Najafgarh area on a tip-off, Deputy Commissioner of Police M.N. Tiwari said.
On Sunday, two delivery boys of Amazon e-commerce site were robbed at gunpoint and their delivery van stolen by the accused along with their accomplices.
The accused had booked products with Amazon by using mobile phones snatched from passers-by and robbed the delivery boys when they came to deliver the ordered products.
According to police, the accused admitted to involvement in many robberies in the past.
