A source close to Donald Trump said that the President was frustrated with his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner's decision to go on a vacation in the midst of the debate over Obamacare repeal.
Kushner was on vacation with his family until Thursday, skiing in Aspen's Colorado. Paparazzi caught Jared and Ivanka taking leisurely strolls and enjoying ice cream cones with their three children.
"(Trump) is upset that his son-in-law and senior adviser was not around during this crucial week", the source told CNN.
However, Kushner did appear at the White House on Friday when Republicans abandoned their effort to repeal Obamacare after Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan agreed to pull the measure as it became clear that they did not have enough votes.
However, a White House spokesperson flatly denied the President is "frustrated with Kushner".
Kushner is one of Trump's top advisers, while Ivanka has not been given specific titles but is expected to move into a White House office.
