Those arrested were identified as Sombir (36) and Ishwar alias Deepak (20), both from Haryana.

They were arrested from Sector 102 here on the Dwarka Expressway by the Crime Branch, Assistant Commissioner of Police Shamsher Singh said.

The officer said that Sombir was the mastermind of the heist.
