Two Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel were Monday arrested for involvement in a robbery here two days back and the looted money recovered from them, a police officer said.
"Srinagar police arrested two policemen for the robbery and recovered the money from them," a senior police officer said.
He said police registered a case in police station Kothi Bagh here in connection with a robbery that took place in Regal Chowk here Feb 15.
"During investigation, police cracked the case within two days by arresting two cops - head constable Raja Altaf and selection grade constable Mushtaq Ahmed Khan," the officer said, adding that the money was recovered on their information.
