At least two people were killed and two others injured on Saturday in a suicide bomb attack that rocked Afghanistan's capital, Kabul.
"A suicide bomber detonated himself next to the vehicle of an official of the Election Commission, killing the driver and injuring two others, both civilians," Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi said.
The official of the Election Commission, Rodwal, the obvious target, was not in the vehicle at the time of the attack, Xinhua news agency reported.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack as yet.
