Two white tigers in Bannerghatta National Park here on Saturday mauled a keeper to death when he entered their den to feed them, an official said.
"Anjaneya, the 40-year-old animal keeper was attacked by two white tigers when he went inside the enclosure to feed them meat," Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Wildlife, C. Jayaram told IANS here.
"The incident took place around 5.45 p.m. due to which the animal keeper suffered severe injuries and unfortunately lost his life," he said.
