Abu Dhabi, Aug 8 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will celebrate Eit Al Fitr Thursday, it has been announced.
On Wednesday, the Moon Sighting Committee announced that Thursday (Aug 8), is the first day of Shawwal as Wednesday was the last day of Ramadan. Hence, Thursday will be the first day of Eid Al Fitr.
