The UAE has warned its nationals against travelling to Ukraine amid the ongoing turmoil in its capital Kiev, where dozens of people have died in last few days.

Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al-Hamed, undersecretary of the UAE Foreign Ministry, urged the Emirate citizens in Ukraine to stay away from places of gatherings and demonstrations, and to coordinate with the UAE embassy in Kiev for their departure from the Eastern European country, Xinhua reported.

Al-Hamed also urged Emirate citizens to comply with this warning until further notice and to exercise caution when travelling abroad.
