Uganda has missed the chance to be represented at the 2018 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederations Cup.
Edgar Suubi Watson, the Uganda FA Chief Executive Officer, told Xinhua on Saturday that Paidha Black Angels who qualified to represent the country opted out because they are not financially strong.
"We gave the opportunity to SC Villa and Vipers SC to represent the country but they also turned it down," Watson explained.
