Ukraine hopes to receive a third and a fourth tranche by the end of 2015 under the four-year bailout programme of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the governor of the country's central bank said on Wednesday.
Valeria Gontareva told heads of Ukrainian banks that Ukraine hopes to fulfil IMF's criteria and get the third tranche, Xinhua reported.
Ukraine is also counting on receiving the fourth tranche under the $17.5 billion IMF aid package to replenish its foreign exchange reserves, she added.
Since mid-March, Ukraine has received a total of $6.7 billion from the global lender's two tranches of the aid programme.
Ukraine has used the funds to supplement its budget, boost foreign exchange reserves and shore up the local currency.
