An Uttarakhand government engineer was found dead in a hotel in Kaushambi here Monday.
Police said Dinesh Kumar Yadav, 28, checked in the hotel at 6.00 a.m. Monday. When a woman friend of his later went to meet him, the hotel staff called him on the intercom. When they did not get any response, they called the police who broke down the door.
Yadav was found dead in his bed.
He was a junior engineer in Uttarakhand Infrastructure Development Corp Ltd and was posted at Bhimtal.
