Television actress Karuna Pandey, who stars in the film "Bollywood Diaries", says she has placed no limitations on herself because she wants to discover her depths as an actress.
"I want to continue playing roles that challenge me as an actor at every step. I really want to be appreciated as a good actor in all genres. I want to discover my depths as an actress and hone my talent so I have no limitations," Karuna told IANS.
"Also, dancing has always been a passion of mine. I would love to showcase my talents in dancing as well," she added.
Karuna has been part of TV shows like "Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara", "Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli", "Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki" among others.
"Bollywood Diaries" also features Ashish Vidyarthi, Karuna Pandey and Vineet Singh along with debutant Salim Diwan.
Asked about her role in the film, Karuna said: "My character in 'Bollywood Diaries' is called Lata Shrivastav. She is Vishnu's (Aashish Vidyarthi) wife. She is a housewife who has given her life to her house, husband and kids. In the process she has also given up a few dreams as well for them. She wants to enjoy life with her husband after her daughter's marriage but destiny has different plans for her."
Directed by K.D. Satyam, the film released on Friday.
