Television anchor duo Rocky and Mayur are mostly seen exploring places and food while having fun through several shows on the small screen. Mayur Sharma says they do have creative differences, but nothing can change their bond.

He says Rocky Singh is like his family.

"Sure (there are creative differences). We're different in our outlook towards life in some aspects and we celebrate these differences. Rocky and I have literally grown up together," Mayur told IANS.

"We do all our screen work together and also partner in our corporate training firm Mindseye. The best part is that no matter what happens, we have each other's back. When it comes to creative differences, well sometimes we sulk at each other for 2-3 days but at the end we are like family.

"We have been friends for the past 41 years and have been doing a lot together - been a part of each other's lives in times of joy and sadness. Sometimes he gets his way and sometimes it's done the way I want it to be done. Life goes on and fun happens too."

They are known for their show "Highway on My Plate", and are back with a new show "Rocky & Mayur's Offbeat Australia". The series, aired on Living Foodz, showcases the unexplored places of Australia.

Talking about the show, Mayur said: "Rocky and I are avid travellers and Australia has been on our list for very long and we just wanted to go there for a holiday. Hence, we got into a conversation with Tourism Australia and told them we wanted to go on a holiday and how we could do this. They were more than happy to host us. We also decided to partner with Living Foodz and record a completely new way of exploration based on our trip."

Mayur sums up his whole experience as magical.

"The idea for us was to not just make a television show but to showcase the amazing sights and experiences that Australia has to offer. We shared a wish list of our interests including adventure sports, remote locations, hidden gems and of course restaurants we wanted to eat and drink at," he added.
