Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger on Friday hit back at the football club legend Thierry Henry, saying he could not be able to measure the anger of the fans from the "best seats in the stadium".

Henry, who is an Arsenal academy coaching staff, had said he has never seen the fans so angry after the midweek defeat to Swansea in an English Premier League (EPL) encounter.

Henry has his own executive box at the Emirates Stadium.

"Thierry Henry has his opinions," Wenger was quoted as saying by the Mirror.

"He has not found the measurement of the fans' angriness, of 60,000 people straight away because he sits in the best seats of the stadium."

The Frenchman said Arsenal can make a comeback against Tottenham Hotspur and did not wish to reflect much upon on striker Alexis Sanchez questioning whether some of his teammates had enough "hunger" and desire to win the title.

"No, you have to take these (Sanchez) comments a bit into perspective. I think that's always what's coming out. I believe that belief comes with the last results that you have made," said Wenger.

"Maybe our confidence has been a bit jaded but it's like always in football. We do 98 per cent of things right and we have to add the two per cent of things that are down to maybe finding back our collective qualities and even put more effort in."
