McCormack will appear in an upcoming episode of Messing's show "The Mysteries of Laura", as her ex-fiance, reports eonline.com.
McCormack will be guest-starring as Andrew Devlin, a "roguish, arrogant-as-can-be heart surgeon" who happens to have been engaged to Laura once upon a time.
