A 30-year-old woman died here Monday after she jumped in front of a Delhi Metro train, an official said.
Omvati, a resident of Raghubir Nagar, leaped on the tracks at the Rajouri Garden station and came under the wheels of a train going towards Yamuna Bank in east Delhi.
She was rushed to a hospital where she was declared dead.
Police discovered a suicide note in which she said no one should be blamed for her death. The woman worked in a private company and was on her way to her office when she killed herself.
Her family told police she had been depressed for some days but did not say why.
