Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi on Wednesday unveiled Redmi Pro smartphone and marked its entry into the laptop market with Mi Notebook Air.
Redmi Pro will be available in China on Mi.com and at Mi Home stores starting August 6 and Mi Notebook Air will be available starting August 2.
Redmi Pro is Xiaomi's first smartphone featuring dual rear cameras, OLED display and is powered by a Helio X25 processor paired up with 4GB of RAM.
The smartphone houses 4050mAh battery, Type-C USB port and a fingerprint sensor.
The main camera uses a 13MP Sony IMX258 sensor and is supported by a secondary rear camera with a 5MP Samsung sensor.
The 13.3-inch Mi Notebook Air comes with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics card, 256GB PCIe solid-state drive (SSD) and runs on Windows 10 operating system.

In terms of connectivity, the Mi Notebook Air packs Type-C USB port, two USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Mi Notebook Air has Mi Cloud Sync, a feature that allows MIUI users to access their contacts, text messages, photos and notes stored in Mi Cloud directly on Mi Notebook Air.
It also comes in a smaller 12.5-inch variant that weighs only 1.07kg and is powered by Intel Core M3 processor with integrated graphics, 4GB RAM, 128GB expandable SSD and runs on Windows 10 operating system.
