AirAsia may have started its India operations with just one plane servicing one route (increased to two routes since then), but you can't put down its outspoken CEO Tony Fernandes for a lack of triumphalism about his own virtues. In a letter to his employees in India, he boasts of having on board the best-looking CEO in India and for putting Ratan Tata in the cockpit. "We have built a powerful team," he writes. "As a certified pilot, Mr Tata will fly our aircraft, Sir Richard Branson will serve our guests, our CEO with Bollywood star looks will run the company and I will sit with our Indian guests to get their feedback. Just kidding. Well, except for the part about AirAsia having the best-looking CEO in India."
