Akhilesh says he is a chief minister in training

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav believes he is only a chief minister in training. And yet, "I have done so much. Imagine what I will do once my training is complete", he said. Yadav was speaking at the Taj Infrastructure Summit in Lucknow. He said he didn't particularly care for the appellation "Vikas Purush" because "if a pradhan manages to make a naali (drain) in his village he begins to call himself Vikas Purush". He told the audience that he was getting ready to present a Budget. "The next time I have to present a Budget I will arrive in the Metro," he said.
