Any astrologer out there?

In a post-Budget discussion on the oil and gas sector organised by Petrofed, one of the participants asked the panel if there was any scope for implementation of the Kirit Parikh panel recommendations after the tax changes announced in the Budget. TNR Rao, the former oil secretary who was the session chairman, asked if any astrologer was present in the hall.
