If you thought what travellers wanted most from hotels was cleanliness, efficiency and safety and basic luxuries, think again. Wego, a travel search site in the Asia Pacific and West Asia and its travel review partner TrustYou, gathered some unusual feedback from hotel guests. This feedback ranged from complaints about too many women in the bar, while others said there were not enough of them, resident ghosts and a pool-side bird convention. Another appreciated the separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge area but said the absence of a toaster in the room "was horrible". Then again, some guests complained about experiencing a supernatural presence in their rooms, but there was one who expressed disappointment after his stay at a Malaysian hotel famous for ghostly activity that he did not have any such "close encounters".
