With top leaders of the Indian government headed to the annual jamboree of the global elite at Davos, the mood this time among corporate leaders is sombre as private capital expenditure touches a 13-year-low and many big firms are referred to the National 
Company Law Tribunal. The big attraction this time at Davos, say some CEOs, is the presence of Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Many are hoping they would get an audience with the PM at Davos as back home he is too busy, said a CEO.
