Bored Mr President

Although he is much more relaxed in Rashtrapati Bhavan, President Pranab Mukherjee is also a little bored. He called correspondents to meet him earlier this month and said “My doors will always be open for you. I am missing you”. And then he called several ministers, including agriculture minister Sharad Pawar, inviting them to lunch. “You haven’t come to see me yet. Why don’t you have lunch with me next week?” he suggested to Pawar, who agreed immediately. Who can turn down an invitation from the President of India?
