A variety of complaints were made by foreign business delegates at the ongoing BRICS trade fair in Delhi. These ranged from the expected gripe about the hot weather in Delhi and the remote location of the fair ground, Pragati Maidan, denying visitors the chance to see the city to the food being too spicy for at least a group of Russians.
However, visitors from all countries were unanimous in slamming the poor flight connectivity between India and other BRICS nations. One of them, from faraway Brazil, was seen dozing off while sitting in front during a seminar. Nudged by a fellow visitor, he quickly claimed that jet lag could not be negotiated with, before going back to sleep.
