Kapil Sibal the lawyer gave way to Sibal the poet as he tried to impress upon the Supreme Court that it gave Sahara group chief Subrata Roy a "final chance" to raise money and comply with the court's order. In a few minutes, an elderly lawyer's mobile phone went off in the court room, disturbing the proceedings. As the embarrassed gentleman struggled to stop the phone from ringing, Sebi counsel Arvind Datar remarked, "It seems someone is making a tune for his (Sibal's) couplet." As everyone burst out laughing, judge A K Sikri said, "We thought somebody has started celebrating without us even passing the order."
