Different strokes for different folks

Business Standard New Delhi
As the dust of election campaigning and poll day settled down, leaders of the three main parties spent the time before the result day doing different things. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s chief ministerial candidate, Kiran Bedi, cried herself hoarse saying if indeed the BJP lost, as the exit polls showed, she would be ready to take the blame. The Congress' Ajay Maken followed suit, and told the media that he alone would be responsible for the fate of the party (psephologists have predicted a Congress rout). Against this picture of self-doubt in the BJP and Congress camps, the shot of a beaming Arvind Kejriwal, leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), was trending on social media. He watched Hindi film Baby, with prominent party members by his side. He also took to Twitter to advise AAP workers to "spend time with family, sleep, watch movies, meditate. chill."
