Fearing the Modi wave that swept Uttar Pradesh might have an effect on the municipal elections in Delhi to be held in April, the Aam Aadmi Party is leaving nothing to chance. Volunteers armed with 32-inch flat screen televisions with banners of the party on top have been visiting busy markets across the city with a recorded message from their leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. In the clip, Kejriwal talks about the problems the capital has faced because of non-cooperation by the Bharatiya Janata Party-run municipal corporation, appealing to people
