Encouraging sign

Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mukul Roy is known for his cool disposition. While many within the party and outside have started speculating if all is well between TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and him, Roy doesn't seem to have lost his trademark cheerfulness. Last Thursday, a day before appearing in front of a Central Bureau of Investigation team in connection with the Saradha scam, Roy was seen enjoying a Ranji Trophy match between Bengal and Railways at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. "The Bengal team was not doing well; I went to encourage the players," Roy said later.
