In the run-up to the World Cup, a mobile services operator has paid Rs 1 crore to tie up with a leading TV network for a series on past champions and plans to combine it with a brand promo around some of the legends. So the IPL brat pack might be raking it in, but Viv Richards, Imran Khan or Allan Border can still be hot property in certain circumstances.
