Fixed by a fixer

Political and business circles in the capital are abuzz with talk of a middle-aged woman who, claiming proximity to a senior BJP leader, is offering her services to get “any work done with various BJP state governments”. However, a couple of businessmen who paid her in the hope of getting their work done in Uttarakhand are now regretting it. Their work was not done — and she shows no inclination to return the money either.
