Wiki-who-leaks?

Seasoned diplomats from Beijing to New Delhi and Riyadh to Moscow are all wondering who leaked the Wikileaks leak. Being diehard cynics and knowing a thing or two about governmental secrecy and cyber security in a country like the United States they refuse to believe that the leaks are a real media scoop. Since one person’s scoop is another person’s leak, diplomats in New Delhi’s cocktail circuit are convinced that Wikileaks is all a part of US President Barack Obama’s domestic political damage limitation exercise. They think White House political strategists have been worried about a second try by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the presidency and that these leaks are aimed at damaging her politically. Wheels within wheels!
