While handing over the customary 'green certificate' to Department Of Industrial Policy & Promotion Secretary Amitabh Kant at a recent event, Jyotsna Suri, the newly-elected president of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci), said Kant might as well start a 'Make in Forest' campaign, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' campaign. Breaking away from the practice of welcoming guests with bouquets, Ficci welcomes delegates/panellists at its events with a 'green certificate' and plants a tree in the name of that person. As Kant was a frequent guest at Ficci events, Suri observed that there would soon be a forest in his name.
