More and more passengers in general are choosing not to subject themselves to Air India’s legendary inefficiency, delays and poor in-flight service. But an international financial services company has taken it a step a further. It has actually officially proscribed travel by the government-owned airline for its executives in India. Should any of its executives have no option but to avail of the airline’s services, they require board level approval to do so.
